How do I contact True Love to book an appointment?
You can call directly at (813) 597- 5554, or click the CONTACT or RESERVATIONS link at the top of the page.

What kind of products does True Love use?
The Artists at True Love understand the importance of high pigmentation concentration as a direct correlation to quality and longevity.  For this reason, True Love only uses high end prestige brand product.  We NEVER use drugstore or chain brands.  This is done to ensure that the client not only gets the best application, but that is stays on and does not fade off.  The Artists at True Love use a variety of brands such as MAC, Chanel, Dior, Kenra, TIGI, Redken, Pravana, Sebastian, Big Sexy Hair, and many more!

I have sensitivities to makeup, will the products cause an allergy?
Our products are oil free, and non comenogenic (non pore clogging).  We have never had a client experience a sensitivity or allergy through use of our products.  We place the well being of our clients above anything else.  If you have any ingredient or product concerns, please let us know when booking your appointment.

I normally don’t wear makeup, but everyone says I need to for my wedding.  Is there a way to get my makeup done, but still look natural?
Absolutely!  Majority of our clients wear very little or no makeup in their everyday lives.    We do not have one standard makeup application.  We customize the makeup look to suite you and your comfort level.  True Love specializes in creating looks that enhance your natural beauty, not mask it.

I don’t know how I want my hair or makeup done.  How do I know what will look the best?
Our Artists can help you decide on a  design.  Please visit our Pinterest page for hair and makeup inspiration.  During the trial run, our artists will take in all the considerations of you and your event elements, (location, dress/ head piece, theme, etc.), and offer suggestions.  We will adjust any style to ensure client satisfaction.

How many Artists will True Love provide for my event?
We schedule based on the number of services requested, as well as the time constraints.  This can range from one Artist to up to six Artists depending on the needs of the appointment.  We ensure all clients will be ready in the time frame desired.

Will the Artist who does my trial run be the same Artist on my wedding day?
Yes, unless there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Artist from being able to be at your wedding day appointment, or another Artist is requested.  In that scenario, all images and communications from the trial run will be relayed to the wedding day Artist.

Do all of the Artists at True Love do both hair and makeup?
No.  The Artists at True Love are a blend of Makeup Artists, Hairstylists, and Artists who provide both.  They are not chosen based on their ability to do both.  They are chosen based on their talent and ability in their craft.  Every Artist with True Love has been in their trade for over ten years, worked as educators in their craft, and have been published or featured in the media for their skill level.  True Love only utilizes company known Artists.  We do not advertise for Artists, nor do we hire from craigslist.org or any other job or social media website.

Are the Artists at True Love bilingual?
True Love does have Artists who speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently.  If required, please request these Artists when booking your appointment.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?
Appointments can be made anytime.  To ensure availability, we recommend booking your wedding day appointment six months to a year out.  For Florida brides, we recommend booking your trial run date to be one month from your wedding day.  Destination brides are recommended to have their trial run within one or two days of their arrival to Florida.

Where are the services provided?
Services can be provided at our private studio or on location.  Our studio is located at 912 Bradshaw Terrace Orlando Florida 32806.   When booking the appointment, please provide True Love with any pertinent location details such as; address, hotel room number, security gate and guard access, parking details, etc.  Lack of these details may delay the appointment start time.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Have all beauty treatments done one week prior to the appointment.  This includes hair color, eye brow/ facial hair removal, facials, and semi- permanent eye lash extensions, (not the strip or individuals which we provide), and hair cuts or bang trims.  Spray Tans should be applied the day before the appointment, not the day of.
Make sure to shower and have your hair completely dry prior to the appointment start time.  If your hair is to be blown dry as the hair service, make sure it is freshly shampooed with no product in it.
For up-dos, please do not shampoo your hair the morning of the appointment.  It will style best with the last shampoo at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.   You are welcome to supply your favorite products for use.  If we do not feel that they are best for the desired style or look, we will advise you on this and recommend alternatives.
Make sure your face is clean and completely makeup free.  This includes eye liner and mascara.  Please apply all moisturizers at least one hour prior to the appointment time, as different ingredients in face products can cause makeup formulas to separate.
Wear a button down shirt, or one that can be removed without being pulled over the head.
If you have a hair piece, veil, accessories or extensions to add in the hair, please have them with you and available for application.
For images and inspiration photos please have those printed, emailed to us, or available on your tablet or mobile device for viewing.  A current photo of you and your standard makeup is also helpful when determining the best makeup design for you.
